Welcome and thank you for visiting HOME. I am excited to be called HarborOne Mortgage’s first female President. Our company’s purpose is to provide quality mortgage financing to the homeowner. We strive to do this with our accomplished team of mortgage professionals. We work hard to support all business channels with exceptional customer service, responsible lending and integrity. HarborOne Mortgage (HOME) has steadily and purposefully grown our retail lending footprint from just a few New England states to over half of the East Coast to include, ME, NH, VT, PA, MA, RI, NJ, CT, NC, SC and FL. Our team is also made up of over 125 operations and support staff in the branches and at our Corporate Headquarters in Manchester, NH.
Despite our size and growth, we do things as if we were a mom and pop owned shop. With local, in-house corporate processing, underwriting, and disclosing, direct lines of communication to senior leadership, and secondary lock desk. Along with readily available training support for the LO’s, program guidelines, scenarios, and marketing systems.
