Elsie Labiosa

Elsa Labiosa, best known as “Elsie” The Mortgage Lady was born and raised in Brooklyn New York. She earned her bachelor’s from the Inter-American University Education and worked and obtained many unforceful wonderful experiences as she worked in several public schools in the capacity of a Title I Bilingual Teacher for students with language barriers.

Prior to working at The Federal Savings Bank, Ms. Labiosa worked with Federal Savings Bank of Worcester Massachusetts as a bank teller, and that led her to branch manager assistant and then to Branch Manager where she learned how to originate mortgage applications. During 1996 and through June 2009 she became the owner and President of Equal Housing Mortgage Corp, where she was able to provide mortgage services in the Spanish language to thousands of individuals and families. Elsie has more than 30 years of experience working in the origination of mortgages VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional real estate lending at a nationwide level and has closed mortgages in Chicago, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Florida, Georgia, Texas, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Tennessee and more because her specialty is the residential wholesale market.

She continues employment in the residential field. Her focus is serving the Hispanic/Latino clientele and providing excellence in the services she provides by offering the best mortgage program that fits their needs. In addition, she serves as a volunteer and is an active Board Member of a Non-profit organization. She has managed to keep herself busy Networking with real estate industry partners such as Title Closing agents, Buyer/Seller Attorneys, Insurance agents, Realtors, Home Inspectors, Tax preparers, Builders, Contractors, Mortgage Processors and Loan Assistants, and many other professionals to enable further assisting her clientele.

She is extremely competent in the origination of mortgages, and she speaks, reads, and writes the Spanish language which helps her assist Real Estate partners who very often have buyers with language barriers. Ms. Labiosa is happily married and has one son adult who is a Top Producer Realtor in the State of Massachusetts. She enjoys helping people and looks towards always dedicating quality time to greeting & meeting people of all cultures in addition in her spare time she loves to go out and try different restaurants., Elsie, our Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, is Friendly and always willing to go the extra mile with a smile!
